Rates & Booking Information
All our rates include fees, taxes, and tolls — there are no hidden charges.
The only variation applies to bookings during night hours, which are subject to a 20% surcharge
Night-time surcharge:
Please note that for any pick-up or drop-off between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM, a 20% surcharge will be added to the standard rate.
Transfers can be booked at any time of the day, based on availability. Our team will help you determine the best timing for your transfer based on the type of service required.
All rates are quoted for one-way service only and are valid only if booked directly through our reservation center or online.
Rates do not apply to pick-ups from public taxi lines or taxi queues.

Pick-ups from Ciampino or Fiumicino airports after midnight or during severe weather conditions are subject to availability.

We kindly ask all customers to respect these timeframes to help us manage our scheduling and availability effectively.
Our company reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of force majeure (e.g. strikes, extreme weather, emergencies).

Transfer Service – Pickup in Rome
Useful Information for Meeting Your Driver
Our private transfer service includes pickup directly at your accommodation in Rome, whether it's a hotel, apartment, or private residence.
Meeting Point: Hotel or Accommodation
If you're staying in a hotel, your driver will wait for you inside the hotel lobby, near the reception desk, holding a sign with your name or our agency logo.
For apartments or private addresses, the driver will wait outside the main entrance.
Please be ready at the scheduled pickup time to avoid delays.
Free Waiting Time
Your booking includes 20 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.
Due to traffic regulations and scheduling, the driver cannot wait longer than this.
If you're running late, please notify us immediately.
Driver Information Before Pickup
Before your transfer, you will receive a message (via SMS or WhatsApp) with your driver’s name and vehicle details.
Please make sure your phone is turned on and reachable at the time of pickup.

Our driver will be waiting for you inside the arrivals hall of the terminal (T1 or T3, depending on your flight), right after baggage claim and customs.
They will be easily recognizable by a sign displaying your name or our agency logo.
Meeting Point: “Meet & Greet” Area
Drivers usually wait in the “Meet & Greet” area, clearly visible once you exit the customs area.

Free Waiting Time
Your booking includes 60 minutes of free waiting time from the actual landing time of your flight.
If your flight is significantly delayed or unexpected issues arise, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible using the emergency number.

Before your arrival, you will receive a message (via SMS or WhatsApp) with your driver’s details.
Our team monitors your flight in real time to ensure punctual service, even in case of delays.

Our private transfer service includes pickup and drop-off directly inside the Port of Civitavecchia, right in front of your cruise ship.
Your driver will be easily recognizable, holding a sign with your name or our agency logo.
Meeting Point: At the Ship
The driver will access the port area and wait for you directly at the dock, next to your ship, in the authorized vehicle zone.
You won’t need to walk to the port exit.
